The agent that helped me was Jennifer Gibson. She was very professional and patient to answer my questions. The transport company came to pick up my car one day earlier than was communicated but I was able to get home so not a big problem. The car was delivered 3 days early which the timing worked out for my daughter. We were very happy about the speedy delivery (1 week). Overall experience was very good.
