We have used a different service before to have our son's car shipped home from College; so we didn't expect much in terms of service. The Top Notch Auto Transport was terrific. The rep, Julie Kenyon was great. She followed up every step of the way and made us feel like we really had someone helping us with getting our sons car back home. She really coordinated every step in the process and when it was over, she followed up again to see how the experience was in retrospect. She was terrific. We would use this company again for our own use and of course we could recommend it since we know now based on firsthand experience that you can rely on them. If you've never had to have a car shipped before; be careful and if they don't offer the kind of personal service that Julie provided us...then steer clear of them.
