Heather had a truck arranged to pick up my vehicle within an hour of my contracting with Red Carpet to transport my vehicle. I needed the car delivered no earlier than a certain date, and it was delivered on that date. Heather answered her phone when I called, and kept myself and the shipper updated each step of the way. All in all it was a very smooth transaction.
While they were not the lowest bid I received, I have had problems going low bid before. I am happy with my decision to use Red Carpet this time, and will call on them next time I ship a car.
