I used Red Carpet Auto Transport to ship my Mustang from Northern Virginia to Southern California. I choose an enclosed carrier and found the price offered by Red Carpet Auto transport to be very competitive with the other carriers I checked out. Julie Kenyon was my service representative and she was very helpful and answered all my questions as we moved through the process. My car was one day late getting picked up because of a major snowstorm in DC and Julie was right there to help, which was no easy task because my own flight out of DC had been canceled and I was not in the best mood. Despite the late pickup, which could not have been helped due to the weather conditions, everything else went wonderful. My car was delivered 5 days later in perfect condition. Five days is pretty quick and a few days earlier than I had expected, which is also fabulous. The car was in the same condition it was when I dropped it off and there was nothing stolen out of it or anything else shady. If I needed Julie she always called right back and was there to help, and I was also in contact with the driver as well during pickup and drop off - he was also great. I never had shipped a car before in all my moves and Julie made it really easy, and made my move a lot less stressful. Great price, great customer service, great experience. If I ever need to move my car again I am going to call Julie.
