Heather was very helpful. I never had a problem contacting her. She was very upfront and honest from the beginning. I felt like I was kept in the loop the entire time while my vehicle was in transport. My deposit did change and that wasn't because of heather but because of the carrier. My overall price however didn't change. I would most surely use the service again and I would recommend heather to anyone that asks me about this service.
