My primary contact person was very effecient at locating a carrier for me. I called on a Monday and the very next day, Tuesday, I was informed that a carrier had been assigned for my pick up and I was given a date for pick up and delivery. The driver came a day earlier than the date that I was given and that was not a problem because I was in a rush to have my car shipped. The issue I had with my service is that my contact person was out of the loop of communication regarding my car. She called me a day after the scheduled pick up date to find out whether my car had already been picked up. It was the same thing with delivery. My car was delivered 4 days before the scheduled delivery date and she had no idea until speaking to me a week later that my car had been delivered. Overall she did a good job of keeping in touch with me, but she did not have any information that would've been pertinent to me as to the pick up and delivery date of my car. I realize that she had no physical control over these dates, but I would have expected better communication between my primary contact person and the carrier.

I'm sorry that your vehicle got to you 4 days early. Like you said I have no control in that and the driver didn't not inform me that it was going to be delivered early so there wasn't anything I could of done. I'm glad you received you vehicle and it was early and not late. Thank you
