contact person kept me informed on all activities before during and after the pick up of my car. She was easy to contact and answered all questions i had concerning when my car would be picked up and the whole auto transporting process. We had complications getting my car picked up due bad weather. Once she found a driver to come pick my car up they requested more money i was hesitant but by that time i just wanted my car picked up ASAP. Heather calmed me and insure that my car would be picked up by a specific date and told me that this was the best choice and told me why. If i were to transport any other vehicles i would choose red carpet auto.

Your situation was one of those where it took some patience to find a driver for you. Thank you for your understanding and your willingness to trust me through this process. I wish I could have been there with you to do "the happy dance" when you received your car!
