Sales rep was honest about needing to price vehicle correctly for pick up...which means kinda high. But that was better than the other company I tried to book with (gLOBAL eXPRESS) that lured me in with a low price knowing the van would never get picked up at a low rate...drivers work for money$$. There were no tricks with this company. Everything was very up front and they got a large vehicle picked up for me (Sprinter). Van arrived undamaged a day early (from Washington to California). Sales rep (Julie) communicated very well (unlike the other company). Plus, no deposit was required until vehicle was picked up.
