Winter Transport of Accord from CA to RI

Overall, my experience with Red Carpet was great. They were not the cheapest quote I found, but they had great reviews. I had a previous experience shipping my car cross country in which the delivery was severely delayed. I wanted to make sure that I received my car within a certain window of time, so I decided to go with a company that specializes in customer service. My car was picked on time, and the driver was given instructions that the car could not arrive prior to 16JAN11 as I would be out of the country and not be able to receive it til afterwards. Well, the driver ended up in RI on 15JAN11! When I wasn't available to accept the car, he dropped it off in a terminal in NJ. When I arrived home and found out that I missed the driver, I contacted Heather at Red Carpet, and she made sure that the car was delivered as soon as possible. I ended up getting the car on 19JAN11, even there had been snowy winter conditions all along the East Coast. While it would've been nice to receive my car on the 16th, it arrived well within window on the 19th. In addition, Heather always made sure to follow up on my transport and was very friendly.
