I found our agent Cheryl to be extremely helpful during this time as this was our very first time ever having a car being shipped, we had issues with the driver but luckily Cheryl calmed us down and did all she could do to make this a pleasant experience for us. The car was delivered right to our house, pickup was promised for days with driver not calling or letting us know when but eventually did pick up the car. If I was to ever have to do this again I would once again contact Cheryl.
