My car was picked up a day earlier and that caused a little bit of replanning but overall it was a great experience. The most important to me is that I called several times as I was anxious about the whole process but everytime I was polite about it and got the attencion and information I needed to relax. My car arrived 2 days before the expected date. I highly recomend to contatc Amber as she was right on everytime I contacted her, great customer service!!!
