Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. This was my first time shipping a car and the offers came out of the woodwork. Tony explained the process and wasn't as pushy as other companies. The car was pickup with three days of signing the contract and even had to dispatch the driver again because the person releasing the car wouldn't let it go without seeing insurance for the carrier. Tony went beyond his duties and got the insurance papers for the car to be released.

The only thing I would have a bad comment on which isn't directed toward Red Carpet is all companies stated door to door service, the driver informed me that he wouldn't go into a residential neighborhood so we had to meet them at a parking lot which was a minor inconvenience

The overall experience was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Red Carpet or using them in the future.

David, thanks for the review! Unfortunately some drivers cant get into certain residential areas due to cul de sacs or areas where there are low hanging trees. I'm happy we were able to get your vehicle shipped and if there is anything else we can do for you , please let me know. Take care!
