My overall experience with Red Carpet was great. This was my first time using a transporting service and I'm sure it will not be my last. I received the service that I expecetd. Denise was prompt and accurate about the time frame of my pick-up. Due to the lack of activity in my region I was told it may take up to 7 days to secure a carrier and that was exactly the case. I was not promised anything unbelievable by Denise. She was very pleasant and very upfront about what to expect in this process.
