RED CARPET IS HORRIBLE - USE SOMEONE ELSE

Red Carpet was big on sales pitch and commitments and didn't provide the services promised. Julie was not available on the days the vehicle was not picked up (as promised.) My quote required a 11/27 or 11/29 pick up Julie "I need a commitment today to guarantee this pick up date"- commitment given on day required (11/23).

Required Date - Saturday 11/27 - vehicle not picked up
Back Up Date - Monday 11/29 - vehicle not picked up
Tuesday 11/30 - promised date of Wednesday 12/1
Wendesday 12/1 - vehicle not picked up - no call from Red Carpet or the trucking company.

Julie from Red Carpet passed my contact information off to the trucking company who was unreliable, rude and threatening. "I will cancel your order and you will be on the bottom of the national board before morning".

I WOULD STRONGLY ENCOURAGE FOLKS TO USE A DIFFERENT BROKER.
DO NOT FALL FOR RED CARPET'S PITCH.

Julie Kenyon - Red Carpet Auto Transport Laura - I am very sorry that your experience was not good. Our quotes are only estimates and orders cannot be confirmed until we have a driver that has agreed to the posted truck fee. I worked very hard to accommodate your dates but I have no control over the drivers schedule. It would be impossible to foresee any issues such as the truck breaking down in this case. I would have appreciated the opportunity to speak with you prior to your post. Your call came in after 8 pm and I was not in the office. I responded first thing this morning. We do not condone rudeness from our carriers and you can be assured that we are investigating this issue. I have received all 5 star reviews from my clients other than this one, obviously I have provided good customer service. I stand by my company and my service and know that we do the very best we can to provide 5 star service. Julie Kenyon
