Robyn Hall did an excellent job. Of all of the transport companies that I asked a quote for online, she was the only one who contacted me by phone. Her personality is friendly and she explained the process in a manner that I could understand. She called to assure me that the carrier was going to be here for pick up as expected, and then again to ask if he had in fact arrived as scheduled, and then again to make sure that the vehicle had arrived at its' destination on time. Robyn answered my emails and phone calls when I had questions and she answered them to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. When I told Robyn that I was giving the vehicle that was being transported to my grandson she seemed interested and we had a nice visit about it. She seems like a very nice person and was conscious about doing a good job for her customers and was eager to please. I am very satisfied with my experience with Red Carpet Transport and I would definitely recommend Red Carpet to anyone who was interested in transporting a vehicle. The price was right and everything went as planned. I would use Red Carpet again myself. Thank you very much for a satisfying experience.
