A series of postponements during pick-up and delivery caused a scheduled overnight delivery from Los Angeles to Phoenix to take four days. Pick-up was postponed 3 times Friday and eventually rescheduled for the following day causing the seller of the vehicle to remain home for an entire day. Delivery which was originally scheduled for Saturday was rescheduled for Monday morning between 7 and 8 a.m. That time was rescheduled to 3 to 4 p.m. That time came and went and delivery was scheduled between 6 and 7 p.m. That time came and went and delivery was rescheduled for the next day, Tuesday between 7 and 8 a.m. That time came and went and car was finally delivered at 9:20 a.m.

To be fair, the postponement in vehicle pick-up was due to a truck breakdown which was not the fault of Red Carpet and required a second truck to be dispatched. Our contact person Robyn Hall went above and beyond the call of duty to keep us informed of the pick-up and delivery times but kept giving us times that were never met.

Overall the transport was very frustrating and I would not use Red Carpet again not because of their service but because of the truckers they contract to actually provide the pick-up and delivery.

Dear Terry, Again, I am so very sorry this experience was as difficult for you as it was. You are correct, it was not Red Carpet's (or my fault) that a truck broke down. In life and trucking these things do happen. I gave you all the information I had from the trucking company. I am sorry you felt that because the trucking company was not honest that reflected on me and my service to you and Red Carpets service. I do not think you will find anyone who would be available the hours (after 8pm Friday and all weekend) that I was to help you and your sellers with this move.
