I am very pleased with my entire experience. My sister had a devastating blow after unintentionally driving her car into a flooded area in the middle of night on a pitch black roadway. The vehicle immediately filled up with water, and fortunately safety personnel got to her and pulled her to safety. Thanking God for her safety, she was left with the reality of having to come up with the money for a new car. My mother, who lives in Nevada had just purchased a new car and decided to send her other car to my sister. I was then tasked with deciding how to get the car from Nevada to North Carolina.

After inquiring on line about transport services, I was contacted by Denise Flores with Red Carpet Auto Transport. Denise was empathetic to our situation and quick to lend not only her ear, but also an immediate assistance with all accomodations. Denise would always beat me to both phone calls and emails to help us get through this difficult time. I can truly say that outside of what you learn on the internet, we are often left with either a good first impression or a back one. My first encouter left a lasting impression as to the kind of service that I was going to receive with getting this car transported to North Carolina. From the pickup of the car, while enroute, and finally the drop off, we were kept informed the entire time. It was very comforting to know that we were being looked after.

I would highly recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport to all of my friends, and family for their use if needed. I also want to personally thank Denise for her assistance and the personalized attention she gave us in our time of need. Thanks again.
