This was my first time transporting a vehicle and to say the least I was a little apprehensive, but DeeDee walked me through the whole process and reassured me that everything would be fine. She kept me in the loop at to what was happening by calling me often. The car was picked up as promised and delivered exactly as promised. DeeDee called to confirm that the car was picked up and called to let me know that she had spoken to the driver and that it would be delivered as promised. When the car was delivered, DeeDee called again to make sure everything was okay. Overall, this turned out to be a great experience and I would not hesitate to use Red Carpet again and ask for DeeDee as my representative. Thank you!
