World Class service from Red Carpet Auto Transport

After purchasing a Dodge Daytona Shelby in Monroe, WA, I needed to find a transport company who I could trust to get it safely back to my home outside of Dayton, OH. I needed to know I could trust them to pick up when pormised so my seller wouldn't be inconvenienced. I also need to know that I could trust them to get my car across the contry safely. I hit the web and started requesting quotes from anybody and everybody in the transport business. Quotes ranged from $825 door-to-door to a little over $1100 terminal-to-terminal. Naturally, I started with the lowest bidder and begun to do my homework. TransportReviews.com was a huge help! Turns out that the bargain basement shipper had a bad reputation and left a lot of people high and dry, so I moved on. The next lowest bidder (at $850) had a 4 star rating and most of their reviews were quite good. Still, I decided to look a little further. Then I found Red Carpet Auto Transport. They had a nearly perfect review history from thousands and thousands of customers! Best of all, they were the only transport company I found that DOES NOT CHARGE A PENNY TO YOUR CREDIT CARD UNTIL THE VEHICLE IS LOADED. Every other shipper I found required a deposit before they even have a driver booked! I was impressed, so I requested a quote. They came in a few bucks higher, but they advertised that they would match any 4 or 5 star-rated competitor. I gave them a call. Immediately, I was impressed with the pleasant personalities and professional customer service I received. They matched the $850 price and I signed up. Tony Quinn, my rep, told me that it may take a few days to find a driver. No problem - as long as I can count on them to show up when they promise. I couldn't believe it when Tony called me back no more than 40 minutes later and said they had a driver scheduled to pick my car up before the week was out! The driver arrived when he was supposed to. My seller said he was pleasant and professional. Only after my car was loaded and on the road did Tony call me for my credit card info. 7 days later, my Shelby showed up safely at my doorstep right on time. The driver even called the night before to let me know when he would be getting in. When he arrived here, he unloaded my car then politely asked me inspect it. I signed off & paid my balance, then he was on his way - all in less than 20 minutes!

In summery, there are a TON of auto transport companies out there. Don't even waste your time with anyone else. Red Carpet has it down to a science! In a world where everybody is always stressed out and in a hurry, customer service and general humanity often take a back seat. It is incredibly refreshing to find world class service with a smile still exists! Job well done Red Carpet Auto Transport & Tony Quinn!

Zack, I was blown away by your review. Sometimes our job is a thankless type of job, but its times like these, where I feel so great about what we are doing here at Red Carpet Auto Transport. We all know that there are going to be some transports that go sideways because of things out of our control, but our job is to make the best of those situations.
