Left late, full process not explained completely. Although Denise was very helpful, it does not make sense to me why it was so hard to get the car shipped. There is a complete disconnect between this company and the people who actually ship your car. Although my car was not stolen, i feel like i gave my car to someone and just hoped they would bring it back to me in another state. Thank god for insurance.

Brian I'm sorry you were a lil confused about how we work as brokers, but I'm glad I was able to help you get your vehicle to you. Sometimes there are delays when a customer wants to price match another companies low quote. Red Carpet always puts the customers needs first even if we feel a higher quote would be better but we like to work with you.
