I had a really bad experience with red carpet. I chose this company based on a lot great reviews in this website. However, what happened to me was very frustrating.

My car was supposed to be picked up on 7/31, but it didn't happen. They didn't update me until I called them. I was told my car would be picked up on 8/2, so I just waited until then. On 8/2, I was again waiting for a call, but at the end of the day I got an email from this company saying that the pickup date is 8/5 and the estimated delivery date is 8/15. I called them, and they said the email was just a backup plan, and they were working hard to find a driver who could pick up my car on that day! They didn't find anyone until 8/4, and I had to find another company and pay a lot high because of the expedite processing fee. I shouldn't have fooled by these reviews!

Dale, I apologize for this not working out. The 31st was the first available day that a truck was allowed to get your car picked up. It was not the established date, nor was it guaranteed for that day. We had a truck lined up for the 2nd, but unfortunately the truck broke down and we had to scramble for a back up and were able to secure a truck for the 5th. We try our hardest to coordinate our orders the best we can, but when a truck breaks down, schedules get pushed back.
