Good customer service. Once the car was in the database, it was picked up promptly that week. I was always able to get in contact with her whenever i needed to ask a question, or to find out where the driver was located, even though he would never answer his phone. Amber provided the best communication between myself and the driver and would quickly get back to me. Only recommendation i would have for this company is to thoroughly make liaison with the carrier assigned, a clear concise delivery time, and a Driver assigned that actually cares. Still have a bitter taste in my mouth for the overall experience regarding the driver. If there could be a review for the carrier that was assigned, never accept any transport by the Motion Auto Carriers, specifically driver JOHN LITCHFIELD. Unless of course, you have a vehicle that you care nothing about. It will get there.... eventually.

Jayson, I am pleased I was able to provide good customer service to you and be available any time you had a concern. I did my best to keep you in the loop although we both had a less than savory experience with the trucking company. In the future, I will definitely not set up any of my customers with Motion Auto Carriers. I appreciate your recommendation and in the future I will be conscientious of that.
