Received e-mail with three choices with each carrying a specific cost.Called and agreed on lowest cost open.Was told they would be calling to arrange pick up. One week later no call so I called and was told that they could not do it for that cost.Remember they e-mailed me with their cost.I cancelled contract..Also please note that they were very aggressive in trying to get my business ,several e-mails.Very surprised with this whole process. Have transported with another company before never this type of issue. Sorry to see this happen.
