This was my first experience shipping a car so I really didn't know what to expect I originally had given the job to Professional Auto Transport who was a new company that had only a few reviews I gave my business to Felicia. Felicia had called me to follow up on the quote I had gotten and was very nice when I told her I had already contracated with a different company. I informed Felicia that the guy had been working on my delivery for over 2 weeks but I wanted to give him till that Friday to get something booked. After calling Professional and getting a machine over and over and still no booking I fired Professional and called Felicia. As it turned out the other guy was trying to book my car for way over the quoted amount thus hurting my chances of getting my car delivered for any where near the quoted price. Felicia has several thousand carriers that they work with and by Tuesday she had my car scheduled for pick-up and delivery. In retrospect I wish I would've used Red Carpet from the get go but I wanted to give a new guy the first shot at the business MISTAKE!! I'm extremely happy with Red Carpet and Felicia in particular I would Highly recommend them to a friend and won't hesitate to call them the next time I need to ship a car. Call Felicia if you need to ship your ride she even called me on Sunday to keep me posted on our progress very professional and thorough. Thanks Felicia
