Price changed without authorization

The trucking company doing the actual move was good,however the price in the end was not what I had agreed to. Red Carpet Management, at my request, did a pretty decent job in reviewing my case and they did help me get to the facts. In the end, they quickly agreed to waive 100 per cent of their fee, however the cost to me was still several hundered dollars higher in the end. The worst thing was their Employee would not returning any of my calls, emails or texts when this began to fall apart. Lucky for me the Truck Driver was a good guy and explained things and kept me up to speed. He understood what was going on. Red Carpet Management did play a active role and stepped in to resolve this as best they could but the only reason I won't use them again is because they did not stand behind their employee's quote. I understand their point that they made no money on my deal - but the fact is the price went up for me by several hundred dollars and this amount was never discussed or authorized by me. All in all not a positive experience with Red Carpet Auto Transport.
