First time with a broker

I have shipped cars before using owner-operator enclosed trucks but this time I didn't want to pay that kind of money. I saw that Red Carpet had good reviews and decided to try them. The price charged was comparable to other brokers.

My "Personal Account Executive" was Candice. She told me up front how things worked with Red Carpet, and what she said matched my previous experience. She was honest and very nice to talk to.

The driver kept in touch, calling me well before pickup and before delivery. The car arrived dirty because it was raining and he had to unload it when delivering another vehicle. That's acceptable for an open transporter going to Washington state. Otherwise, it was in the same condition as when it left.

Overall I had a good experience and would use them again.
