They are a sweat shop. The person you book with will mostly be gone by the time your vehicle is delivered. The reason they get so many 5 stars is that they tell you that you will be entered in a drawing to have your cost refunded if you rate them 5 stars. If you don't a pushy arrogant sales manager will call you with a pushy and arrogant manner. Don't use them unless you want to deal with people who are worse than use car dealers
