I have used this carrier twice, both times were very satisfactory. Although there was a 1 day delay on the second instance (pick up) all turned out good. (actual carrier had truck trouble and apologized for the delay)
Felicia was very friendly and personable and kept me informed of progress in securing a carrier for me. I believe she did really well in getting me the best price also.
