Ms. Pearson of Red Carpet offered options to facilitate delivery, was always available for questions, and worked diligently to affect a positive result and accomodate my specific needs. She consistently continued communication and follow up until the truck was delivered [4 days] as did the truck driver. Both of these employee's were conscientious, professional and most importantly, RELIABLE!
