I have never shipped a car so before shipping my vehicle I spoke with friends and family and almost everybody gave me horror stories. I was very skeptical, but I found Red Carpet Auto Transport through an online quote service and decided to use them since they had the lowest price with the best reviews. From beginning to end Julie was very helpful despite the fact that I had to have my vehicle shipped very quickly. I never had to personally deal with anybody else except Julie and when a problem arose with the port when I was supposed to pick up my vehicle, Julie assured me she would take care of it and she did. I didn't have to go down to the port and sort out the problem, I just received a phone call from Julie that the mix up had been cleared up and I could pick up my vehicle. A huge weight off my shoulders. I definitely got the best service available for a very competitive price and would recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport to others.
