The driver arrived when expected and our car was picked up at our house as promised. The driver was very courteous. He promised to deliver the car at its destination on Saturday. We received a call 6 hours prior to delivery to make sure we would be home to receive the car. We were given a 30 minute window for his arrival and he arrived during that window. The car was delivered to our driveway in exactly the same condition he received it in. We couldn't be more pleased with the service, the followup (we received several emails from Heather keeping us updated), and the delivery.
