When I first contacted Red Carpet Auto Transport and spoke with Doug, I was already frustrated with another transport company as I had waited over 20 days and they still had not found a carrier for me. I had just moved to California and really needed to get my car shipped out of NJ ASAP. Doug was super understanding and attentive to my needs and was able to troubleshoot why it would take so long for a carrier to claim my order. He called me over the next few days, keeping me in the loop, and because of his expertise and willingness to troubleshoot for me, a carrier was assigned to my car in a very prompt manner. I can wholeheartedly recommend Doug Johnson and Red Carpet Auto Transport to anyone who needs to ship their car within the U.S.!
