I originally hired Dolphin Auto Transport to pick up my car. Booked it weeks ahead AND gave them a deposit. They were to pick it up on a Friday night and didn't show. Then they didn't call me back despite promising to call in 20 minutes.

I had no choice but to find another carrier. I called Red Carpet on a SUNDAY on the recommendation of friends. What a difference in terms of service! First of all they answered their phone! Tige was excellent at explaining how everything worked and making recommendations to get my car picked up asap. The car was picked up the very next day and Tige didn't collect a dime until the car was picked up.

Meanwhile I'm out $200 from Dolphin who refused to return my deposit despite the fact that they never provided service.

My recommendations? DO NOT give any transport broker any money until your car is picked up and use Red Carpet. They are trustworthy and fixed my problem quickly and kindly.
