FIRST OFF the reviews here are very biased for this company. Immediately after my shipment was delivered I received an email stating that if I left a 5 star review I would be put in a drawing to have my entire shipment refunded to me. Ya right on that one. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR REVIEWS, they try to coheres people into giving 5 star reviews thinking they may actually win their transportation costs back. Not at all likely.

Used them due to the great price point and all the glowing reviews. Well first off they completely missed getting my car setup to be picked up. In fact it wasn't until a couple days before I had to leave that they called me up and said we found you a driver, however he want's extra money to "go out of his way". Extra to the tone of $275. However from the word go this broker stated they knew my route very well and knew of many truckers that go along that specific route regularly. I also even gave them a month lee time and a week pickup window.

Overall the extreme tardiness in getting the car set for pickup just added stress to our cross country move. Had I known it was going to be such a zoo with this company and I was going to have to pay more I would have just went with another company that cost more and been done with it from the get go.

The agent I dealt with was very hit and miss on the communication. I felt that if I didn't keep my foot on the pedal with her there would have been no way my car would have been picked up. In fact when I would call her in consecutive days after having worked together for a while, she acted as if she never knew me. Really didn't we just talk yesterday? Then of course there was the too many to count I will call you back in a 1/2 hour, hour, before I leave for the day, first thing tomorrow speeches. About 95% of those were just left in the wind forcing me to yet again stay on top of them.

I'd much rather of gone with a company that I did not stay on top of and just did their job without me feeling like I had to hassle them to get my car picked up for our move across country.
