As this was my first time transporting my car across the country, I was understandably nervous, particularly given the fact that I had only just had a bad experience with another moving company. I did a lot of research and obtained quotes from a number of companies. When I spoke to Jeff at Red Carpet, I really felt that this was a company that I could trust. Jeff took a lot of time with me to explain how the process works and what I could expect. He answered all my questions and was available to me. While there was a hitch in that my car was picked up a day late, I felt that Red Carpet was on top of the situation and continually called me for updates. They also called me to ensure that I had heard from the driver when my car was scheduled to be dropped off. The customer service was really excellent. I would definitely use this company again if I ever needed to transport my car again.
