I first heard about Red Carpet from my sister who had her car transported by them and was very happy with their service. Then I graduated med school and needed to have my car transported too. Because I wanted the best auto transport service out there, I contacted several other brokers via e-mail and phone. Red Carpet stood out among the other 5 star rated transporters. My contact was Julie. Unlike the reps from the other services that I talked to, she was extremely easy to talk to. She was patient and answered all my questions clearly. She explained the whole process of transport very well. She was easy to reach and returned my calls promptly. Although Red Carpet was only a broker and didn’t have a carrier service, they provided me with the best customer service compared to the other auto transporters. The price was cheap $ 950. My car was picked up on the day I wanted, and delivered from WI to CA 4 days later. Very excellent customer service!
