Tige was really helpful and up front about pricing out the cost for our rather late shipping reservation, and very patient with us as we tried to figuere out if we were going to ship one car or two. We booked two cars but sold one at thevery last minute, days before we flew out to our new home in Hawaii. We weren't penalized or charged any additional cancelation costs, which we were nervous about. We also didn't have to wait too long for an available shipping date. Our car made it from MA to CA and then got stuck there due to an unforseen shipping strike unrelated to and no fault of Red Carpet. Tough luck for us , but Tige was great in walking us through how things were being handled and very prompt in responding to our inquires. Our car finally made it, all intact, just in time for the new year. Thanks Red Carpet!
