I've used Red Carpet twice . . .

The first time, we had a Volvo shipped it came on time.

the second time we shipped a VW Golf and again, it came on time.

I would use Red carpet again because they are AAA rated.

The third time we were going to ship two cars and worked with Brandon. My husband and I were not happy with the non information we got from Brandon. I told him I wanted to talk to someone else if he kept acting funny. I didn't understand why. My husband ended up going with another company. I am really sorry to report this because we like Red Carpet, but Brandon didn't treat us like repeat customers.

I would definitely call Red Carpet again, but depending on customer service, we would also call other transport companies.
