We had called several movers and just got a complete runaround. Other movers would give us false prices, to get us sucked in, I assume. They knew no one would be moving our truck for the rate they had given us. We are on a VERY tight budget. We had to call back several times and customer service was very rude and NEVER had answers to my questions. Then, we found Red Carpet and were pleasantly surprised! Scott explained the whole process to us in detail. He made sure we understood everything that would take place, got our information and said don't worry we will take good care of you. Also, another customer service gentleman called, very professional, and said I could call him also, if I had any questions if Scott was unavailable. They made me very comfortable knowing that there was always someone there if we needed. They were very compassionate to our budget!! The driver who delivered our truck to OR was also very nice and got it to it's destination a little earlier than we had expected. Red Carpet was a great experience and we would definitely use them again. Thank you to all!!

An auto transport is as hard as you make it and I'm glad we were able to talk and come up with a game plan to get the truck picked up for the best price and before you had to leave.
