Cost and Timing

Cost - not the cheapest - confusing as to the way it worked in that everything is subcontracted. Would have been better if there's a way to just get in direct touch with the companies that ACTUALLY do the driving. Dealing with a broker just adds a step, adds time and adds cost. Julie was very helpful and friendly but if there were a resource out there that would just list the people with trucks, it would have been quicker/cheaper/easier.

Timing was a little off. Took a few days, but that didn't impact anything. The driver was a little late (2 or so hours) in both the original pick up time as well as the drop off time. Neither was communicated to me until I contacted Red-Carpet and they contacted the driver and then Red-Carpet called me back.

Julie Johnston 602-428-6878 JulieJ@RedCarpetAutoTransport.com Mark, Thank you for choosing Red Carpet Auto Transport. We strive to make your transport smooth and painless. We locate a carrier for you that is going through your pickup and delivery cities to transport your vehicle and they look to us for the vehicle's to fill their loads. They are traveling from state to state and can get held up because of many reasons such as weather, at a pickup or delivery etc. I'm always here to to communicate and guide the process. Thank you again for choosing Red Carpet Auto Transport. Best Regards, Julie
