Tige was very helpful and knowledgeable in the auto transport business. He explained the process and the reason of long pickup time (28 days). I can understand that during winter time it could be pretty hard to get a carrier that would move a car from IA to CA at $800 (my initial price), so I decided to increase the price to $1225. Since I have to pay more, Tige reduced my fee from $150 to $125. The car was delivered on time and the truck driver (Ron) is very nice and helpful. He even explained about the license plate law in CA.
