I would highly recommend this company. Tige Yeargin was the contact person that helped me. He was very helpful and explained how the auto transportation works, always answered his telephone including cell number, and stayed in contact with me until my car was delivered to my driveway. My car was picked up on time from the service station and delivered to my house on the date Tige had told me in good condition even though there were numerous snow storms the driver had to drive through. I originally had hired a different company, and they had told me that my car would be picked up and it wasn't getting picked up from the service station. I had already given the other company my deposit, told me and the service station it was getting picked up and it never did. I was waiting and waiting thought my car was on its way until Tige Yeargin from Red Carpet called me and said if my vehicle was assigned to a driver it wouldn't be on the bidding list still. He walked me through this site to find out that the Other transport company had lied to me because it never was assigned to a driver or picked up. I was extremely upset and could not believe it. At that time, Tige quoted me the a price and it was $50.00 more than the other company but Tige was being honest. I cancelled the service through the other company called Tige back, and went through Red Carpet. At that point, Tige told me car was already assigned to a driver and was picked up the next day from the service station and my car was delivered to me in 2 day later. Words cant express how much I appreciated Tige helping me with my situation with the other company. I was at a point where the service station was going to start charging me storage fees because they thought I was lying to them because again, of my experience with the other company. I would use Red carpet again in the future and tell others. And, if I could, I would rate Tige Yeargin and Red Carpet 10 stars if it were offered.
