The first reason I chose Red Carpet was because Felicia gave me a reasonable rate. Explained all the services they provided. Then the most important thing she didn't give my name to every Tom , Dick and Harry like the last transporter I used. Also she didn't keep calling or emailing every other day. Once I called to set up the shipping she said she would contact me when they could book a truck. Then about a hour later she call me back with a pick up date and the drivers name. Felicia called to let me know when the car was picked up. The driver (Jack) called the day before the delivery and was two days early. Felicia called me 3 hours before delivery to give me a heads up. The car was a little dirty for a good reason (the blizzard of 2013) totally exceptable and Jack was friendly. I've only shipped 3 cars across country and Felicia and Red Carpet's service was the best. If I ship any more cars I will be calling Red Carpet Trans. Buddy from NH
