Felicia was great!! Immediately I felt like she was there for me and wanted to get the best deal and right circumstances from the word go. Throughout the process she was in contact with letting me know what was going on and what to expect.Once she secured the quote and my authorization; she scheduled dispatch and remained in contact with me through the delivery. The driver she chose was very professional and ON-TIME! I will be moving back to Seattle in 24 months and will be calling Felicia Bond and Red Carpet again. Thanks so much for all your help and dedication to ensuring that my transport needs were not only met, but exceeded.
