Red Carpet and Julie Johnston were excellent. I needed my car picked up within a narrow time frame and she was very helpful and successful in accomplishing this.

The carrier, Atlant Transportation, was OK, but not great. They were a few hours late on the pickup time they had set up the day before and were unable to come to the house, requiring us to meet them on the highway. On the receiving end, they arrived a day earlier then expected and only gave us 1 hour notice to meet them at a nearby truck stop.

Overall, as a first time shipper, I was very pleased with Julie and Red Carpet and would certainly use them again. I would not be enthused to use Atlant again, however.
