Red Carpet Transport was very attentive and more than prompt. The only issue was with the dispatcher choosing a delivery location over 2 miles away. However, a different dispatcher corrected that and made it perfect.

When working with Red Carpet Auto Transport, we do what we can to provide door to door services as long as the loading and delivery addresses are accessible. Your 2001 4Runner was transported coast to coast so usually anything over 300 miles gets transported on an 18 wheeler. Your vehicle was shipped open carrier. The drivers have to be cognizant of over hanging trees on the street that may potentially scratch people's vehicles. A driver will not risk damaging other vehicles to deliver door to door.
