Felicia responded the same day I requested a quote. She spent the time needed to help me, moving a car for the first time, understand the overall process of transporting my vehicle and her role in making that happen. She was flexible with the time constraints as initially I was to receive the vehicle at drop off. Then the property manager where I was to live volunteered to accept the vehicle on my behalf before I arrived. I was told finding a transporter around the holidays would be challenging and to expect delivery to take five to seven days. In the end, it only took three days and the vehicle was waiting when I got there, eliminating rental car costs. Last, the transporter was very professional. Felicia will be the person I turn to again in the future.
