STOP!!!! DO NOT USE RED CARPET AUTO or THE AGENT FELICIA B!!! - I shipped my car with them from NYC to LA. My brand new Jaguar arrived with 24miles on the speedometer and completely trashed. They hooked up the tow hooks to the steering link and did over $5000 worth of damage. I drove the car after recieving it and nearly died and the front wheel came off the steering link. DON'T BELIEVE THEM... THEY DON'T HAVE INSURANCE!!! The transportation company they used is The UNITE company on Locust Ave Bloomington. CA 92316. Phone 909 4211804. They trashed my car, hung up the phone and don't cover you on insurance. Felicia B hounded me to write a good review but as soon as I told her that my car was trashed she didn't return any of my calls. This company is totally corrupt!!!!!! THEY LIE LIE LIE

FELICIA BOND @ 360-210-4892, 602-354-2851, felicia@redcarpetautotransport.com This review is not representative of what hundreds of customer's have said in the past. As a matter of fact; this is my 1st 0 Star review! When we originally spoke about your options for transporting; I recommended you transport your 2011 Jaguar Xj in an enclosed carrier. You opted for an open carrier because it was cheaper. Your car transported from NY to Los Angeles. When the carrier followed up to schedule the delivery time on that Friday; you arranged with the carrier for the delivery to transpire on that Sunday to satify your schedule. Because the driver had no other freight in the area; the carrier contracted with a local carrier to handle the delivery. When you received the car in L.A., you signed off on the inspection sheet notating zero damages. The purpose of the inspection is to compare the state of the vehicle at loading to delivery. I have worked with you many hours and provided you all the information necessary to file the claim. You are incorrect in saying our partners are not fully insured when in fact you signed off at delivery stating there were no damages. I wish you the best of luck in fixing your vehicle. Sincerely, Felicia
