I don't often feel the need to congratulate someone for doing their job, however such excellent service demands that I do. I found a very very rare 50 year old vehicle that I have wanted for years. I knew nothing of shipping vehicles and the horror stories I read online were enough to make me cringe. I found Felicia Bond, who did not try to persuade or sell me, just gave me the facts as I asked for them. She was phenomenal, available for every miniscule questions I could come up with, every time I called her. When I finally chose her over the 40 others I spoke with, within minutes she had a top rated shipper contacted, specified the cars placement on the truck, had given me the drivers information, as well as confirmed what they would do the job for. She even contacted the seller multiple times to arrange and confirm the pickup for me. She kept in contact with me for the entire duration of my cars trip, and even had me call her when it arrived even though it was very late. The company she chose was unbelievable (Hall Towing), contacted me several times to update me, tell me the car was doing great. This car has a cult following and when people stop and ask me how it is that I came to have one, I will tell them... about Felicia whose number is permanently in my phone so that I can tell them to contact her when they find one of their own. A 2500 mile journey that could have ended very badly for me, didn't because I found Felicia. If you have something that you care about deeply, entrust it to someone who will do it the justice it deserves. I owe her a serious debt of thanks. I cannot say enough for her. Thank you.
