My overall experience was very good. Just a few days before the scheduled departure, an unexpected mechanical problem occurred with my vehicle and I had to request a date change in order to get the problem fixed. Tige was very accommodating and changed the date, including an arrangement with the shipper to pick up my car directly from the mechanic.

My car was actually delivered a day earlier than I expected, and the shipper seemed to take care in both the loading and unloading process, especially since I have a high-performance vehilce with a relatively low ground clearance. The shipper also called me the day before delivery and then again about an hour before delivery, so it was easy to arrange to meet him. My only disappointment was that I expected Tige to follow up to make sure everything went smoothly, but I did not hear from him again until nearly a month after the delivery. I wasn't a big issue since everything did go smoothly, but I was just surprised there was no other follow up.
